What can I do?
I see wind and waves and certain death
Small piece of land
And an ocean full of threats
What should I do?
I see no escape from this bare place
No more new plans
Can I live with this disgrace?
Why did I discard paradise?
Lived in perfect harmony
She was the love of my life
And the future looked so bright
I admit that he was right
Fell prey to my pride
Brought me nothing but despair
No strength to fight
Chorus
No way out of here
No way to turn the tide
I can see no light
I see waves of destruction,
Trapped in here for life
No way out of here
Shall I give up my fight?
I see sharks of perdition
Can I find some light?
What do I care?
If surrender is my only choice
Hope drifts away
Is what the waves seem to say
Is there anybody who would care?
There is nobody and nothing left
Should I jump and dive
Who would care if I’d survive?
Then at night I dream of a magic world
And I find the desired spell
The entire world starts moving
Like a giant roundabout
I see flashes of light
And they put it all right
They make my fervid wish coming out
Chorus
No way out of here
No way to turn the tide
I can see no light
I see waves of destruction,
Trapped in here for life
No way out of here
Shall I give up my fight?
I can see no light
I see sharks of perdition
Where can I find some light?
But then there’s something really changing me
Something in the air, above the Atlantic sea
Reminding me of my sacred vow: try to escape someway somehow
Can’t let it slip away
You won’t believe it but she is telling me
Her voice it’s really there, across the Atlantic sea
“Remember you would not give in; you would not fail, not for one day
Don’t let it slip away”
I need a way out of here
I'll have to turn the tide
It's clear now she was right
I won't let it slip away
I won't give up my fight
I need a way out of here
I'll have to turn the tide
It's clear now she was right
I won't let it slip away
I won't give up my fight

Fantasy progressive rock is not something I'd ever thought of. Yet Foreign Land, especially the Foreign Land track itself, transported me straight into an unknown, magical fantasy world. Hakim Zulkufli

What can I say about Big Big Train that I haven’t said before?
This album took a little while to grow on me but by the time I saw it live I was in love with its humongous, over-egged pomposity! They do it all with such passion, excitement and amazing musicianship.
